Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 4.4.5 meaning
sa yathakamo bhavati tatkratur bhavati yatkratur bhavati tat karma kurute
yat karma kurute tad abhisampadyate
स यथाकामो भवति तत्क्रतुर्भवति यत्क्रतुर्भवति तत्कर्म कुरुते ।
यत्कर्म कुरुते तदभिसम्पद्यते ॥
As your desire is, so is your resolve. As your resolve is, so is your action. And as your action is, so you become.

एक साफ़ कड़ी है: इच्छा से संकल्प, संकल्प से कर्म, कर्म से भाग्य। जीवन की दिशा बदलनी हो तो पहले देखें कि मन गहराई में क्या चाहता है।
