Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 2.5.19 meaning
tad etad brahm-apoorvam anaparam anantaram abahyam
ayam atma brahma sarv-anubhoor ity-anushasanam
This Brahman has nothing before it and nothing after it, nothing inside it and nothing outside it. This Self is Brahman, the one who experiences everything. That is the teaching.
What it means
"Ayam Atma Brahma" — this Self is Brahman — is another of the great sayings. The awareness reading these words right now is not a small private spark; it is the same reality that holds everything.
