Srimad Bhagavatam 5.10.23 meaning

shastabhigopta nripatih prajanam yah kinkaro vai na pinashti pishtam svadharmam aradhanam achyutasya yad eehamano vijahaty aghaugham

A king who rules and protects his people is not just a servant grinding what is already ground. By doing his own duty as worship of the Lord, he sheds a whole heap of wrongdoing.

What it means
Your everyday responsibilities are not small or meaningless. Done honestly and offered to something higher, ordinary work becomes a path that cleans the heart. Purpose turns duty into devotion.
