Srimad Bhagavatam 4.20.3 meaning
sudhiyah sadhavo loke naradeva narottamah
nabhidruhyanti bhootebhyo yarhi natma kalevaram
सुधियः साधवो लोके नरदेव नरोत्तमाः।
नाभिद्रुह्यन्ति भूतेभ्यो यर्हि नात्मा कलेवरम्॥
Wise and good people, best among humans, never act with hostility toward other beings, since they know the body is not the Self.
What it means
Vishnu asks King Prithu to forgive Indra. When you know you are more than your body and its injuries, the urge for revenge weakens and generosity becomes possible.हिंदी में अर्थ
हे राजन, बुद्धिमान सज्जन, जो मनुष्यों में श्रेष्ठ हैं, कभी किसी प्राणी से द्रोह नहीं करते, क्योंकि वे जानते हैं कि शरीर आत्मा नहीं है।
विष्णु राजा पृथु से इंद्र को क्षमा करने को कहते हैं। जब आप जानते हैं कि आप शरीर और उसके घावों से बढ़कर हैं, तो बदले की इच्छा कमज़ोर पड़ती है।
