Srimad Bhagavatam 11.9.21 meaning

yath-ornanabhir hridayad oornam santatya vaktratah taya vihritya bhooyas tam grasaty-evam maheshvarah

Just as a spider spins its thread out of its own body, plays with it, and then draws it back in, the great Lord creates this world, enjoys it, and withdraws it again.

What it means
The spider shows that creation comes from within the creator. The world is not separate from its source. This image invites wonder and a sense that everything is held together.

Spoken by Avadhuta.
