Srimad Bhagavatam 11.7.7 meaning
yad idam manasa vacha chakshurbhyam shravanadibhih
nashvaram grihyamanam cha viddhi mayamanomayam
Whatever you grasp with your mind, speech, eyes, ears and other senses is perishable. Know it to be a creation of maya, made by the mind.
What it means
Much of what we experience is filtered and coloured by the mind. Remembering that appearances pass and are shaped by our perceptions helps us not to be swept away by them.
Spoken by Krishna.
