Srimad Bhagavatam 11.20.16 meaning

ahoratraish chidyamanam buddhv-ayur bhayavepathuh muktasangah param buddhva nireeha upashamyati

Realising that life is being cut away by days and nights, one trembles with fear. Then, giving up attachment and understanding the Supreme, he becomes free of craving and finds peace.

What it means
Noticing time slipping away can be frightening. But that fear can become a turning point, pushing us to drop what doesn't matter and find a deeper peace.

Spoken by Krishna.
