Srimad Bhagavatam 11.2.36 meaning

kayena vacha manas-endriyair va buddhy-atmana v-anusritasvabhavat karoti yad yat sakalam parasmai narayanay-eti samarpayet tat

Whatever you do with your body, speech, mind, senses, intellect or heart, following your own nature, offer it all to the Supreme, saying, 'This is for Narayana.'

What it means
You do not need to change your nature to live spiritually. Simply do your work and offer it to something higher. Offering turns ordinary tasks into worship and frees you from the weight of results.
