Srimad Bhagavatam 11.17.54 meaning
ittham parimrishan mukto griheshv-atithivad vasan
na grihair anubadhyeta nirmamo nirahankritah
Reflecting in this way, a free person lives at home like a guest. Without possessiveness or ego, he is not bound by his household.
What it means
A guest enjoys the house, helps out, and is grateful, but doesn't fight over ownership. Living at home with that spirit brings warmth without the heavy chains of possessiveness.
Spoken by Krishna.
