Srimad Bhagavatam 10.81.20 meaning
adhanoyam dhanam prapya madyann uchchair na mam smaret
iti karuniko noonam dhanam mebhoori n-adadat
अधनोऽयं धनं प्राप्य माद्यन्नुच्चैर्न मां स्मरेत्।
इति कारुणिको नूनं धनं मेऽभूरि नाददात्॥
'This poor man, if he suddenly got wealth, might become drunk with pride and forget me.' Thinking this, the kind Lord surely did not give me much wealth.
What it means
Sudama trusts that even what he did not receive was given in love. Seeing kindness behind life's 'no' brings peace instead of resentment. Not every 'no' is a loss; some protect us.हिंदी में अर्थ
'यह गरीब अचानक धन पाकर घमंड में चूर हो सकता है और मुझे भूल सकता है।' यह सोचकर दयालु भगवान ने मुझे ज़्यादा धन नहीं दिया होगा।
सुदामा भरोसा करते हैं कि जो नहीं मिला, वह भी प्रेम से ही रोका गया। जीवन के 'ना' के पीछे दया देखने से नाराज़गी की जगह शांति आती है।
