Srimad Bhagavatam 10.80.4 meaning

shiras tu tasy-obhayalingam anamet tad eva yat pashyati tad dhi chakshuh angani vishnor atha tajjananam padodakam yani bhajanti nityam

A true head is one that bows to him in his moving and unmoving forms. True eyes are those that see him. True limbs are those that honour the water that washed the feet of Vishnu and his devotees.

What it means
Bowing, seeing the sacred everywhere, honouring good people: these small acts train the body itself in humility and reverence. Reverence, like any skill, grows with daily practice.

Spoken by Parikshit.
