Srimad Bhagavatam 1.8.41 meaning

atha vishvesha vishvatman vishvamoorte svakeshu me snehapasham imam chinddhi dridham pandushu vrishnishu

Lord of the universe, Soul of the universe, whose form is the universe, please cut this strong rope of attachment I have for my own people, the Pandavas and the Vrishnis.

What it means
Kunti loves her family deeply, yet sees how that love also binds her to fear and grief. She prays not to love less, but to love without being trapped by clinging.

Spoken by Kunti.
