Srimad Bhagavatam 1.3.28 meaning

ete chanshakalah punsah krishnas tu bhagavan svayam indrarivyakulam lokam mridayanti yuge yuge

All these are portions or partial expressions of the Supreme Being, but Krishna is the Lord himself. In every age they come to bring relief to a world troubled by the enemies of Indra.

What it means
Whenever the world is troubled, help arrives in some form. The verse celebrates Krishna as the fullest face of the divine, and reminds us that goodness keeps returning, age after age.
