Bhagavad Gita 9.4 meaning
maya tatam idam sarvam jagad avyaktamoortina
matsthani sarvabhootani na chaham teshv-avasthitah
This whole universe is pervaded by me in my unseen form. All beings rest in me, but I am not contained in them.
What it means
The Divine is like the ground everything stands on—present everywhere, holding everything, yet not limited by any one thing. You are always held, even when you can't see it.How it helps in real life
- When you are worried: Lying awake at night feeling unsupported after a breakup? Remember you're always held, even unseen. Breathe slowly and let yourself rest.
- When you feel alone: Living alone abroad and missing home on Diwali? Light a diya by the window and remember you're held by something everywhere.
Spoken by Krishna.
