What it means
Krishna sums up the path simply: let your thoughts, love, actions and humility all point in one direction. When your whole life is aligned, you arrive where your heart belongs. How it helps in real life
- Big decisions: Torn between three career paths at 25? Pick the one your heart and values point to, and commit to it for a full year.
- Every day: Start the day with one bow, at your home mandir or just your bedside, and name the one thing that matters most today.
