Bhagavad Gita 8.8 meaning
abhyasayoga-yuktena chetasa nanyagamina
paramam purusham divyam yati parthanuchintayan
Partha, with a mind trained by steady practice and not wandering elsewhere, one who keeps thinking of the supreme, divine Person reaches him.
What it means
Focus is built through practice, not wishes. A mind that keeps wandering can be trained, little by little, to return to what matters. Repetition slowly turns effort into a natural habit. How it helps in real life
- Studies & exams: Learning a new language for your Germany move but keep losing focus? Practise fifteen minutes daily at the same time, no exceptions.
- Every day: Want to chant daily but keep forgetting? Tie it to your morning chai: same chant, same chair, every single day.
Spoken by Krishna.
