Son of Kunti, whatever state of being a person remembers when leaving the body at the end, that is the state they reach, because they were always absorbed in it.
What it means
Our last thought is not random; it grows from what we thought about all our lives. What you dwell on every day slowly shapes who you become. Choose your daily thoughts with care. How it helps in real life
- Phone & habits: Last thing you see every night is a reel? Replace it with five minutes of gratitude or a verse; what you dwell on shapes you.
- When you are angry: Constantly replaying grudges against your ex? Notice how that shapes your mood daily, and replace one replay with a kind thought.
Spoken by Krishna.
