Bhagavad Gita 8.13 meaning
om ity-ekaksharam brahma vyaharan mam anusmaran
yah prayati tyajan deham sa yati paramam gatim
ओमित्येकाक्षरं ब्रह्म व्याहरन्मामनुस्मरन्।
यः प्रयाति त्यजन्देहं स याति परमां गतिम्॥
...uttering Om, the single sacred syllable that is Brahman, and remembering me, whoever departs leaving the body reaches the highest goal.
What it means
Om is a simple sound said to hold the whole of reality. Chanting it gives the restless mind one thing to rest on. Simple practices, repeated with love, can carry us through life's hardest moments.हिंदी में अर्थ
