naham prakashah sarvasya yogamaya-samavritah
moodhoyam nabhijanati loko mam ajam avyayam
Veiled by my own creative power, I am not revealed to everyone. This confused world does not recognise me, the unborn and unchanging.
What it means
The divine does not shout. It is hidden in plain sight, behind the busy surface of life. Those who slow down and look carefully begin to notice it.How it helps in real life
- Every day: Rushing from bed to laptop every day? Slow down tomorrow: step outside for two minutes and notice the sky before starting.
- Phone & habits: Missing life's quiet moments behind a screen? On your commute today, put the phone away and simply look around you.
Spoken by Krishna.
