Bhagavad Gita 6.45 meaning
prayatnad yatamanas tu yogee sanshuddhakilbishah
anekajanma-sansiddhas tato yati param gatim
The yogi who strives with sincere effort, cleansed of all faults and perfected over many lifetimes, finally reaches the highest goal.
What it means
Deep transformation is a long game. Do not expect perfection overnight. Keep cleaning up your faults, keep striving, and trust that the effort is leading somewhere real. How it helps in real life
- When you are angry: Working on your short temper but still slipping sometimes? Track calm days on a calendar and celebrate progress, not perfection.
- Health & body: Expecting your back pain routine to work in a week? Follow your physio's exercises daily for months and trust the slow change.
Spoken by Krishna.
