Bhagavad Gita 6.30 meaning
yo mam pashyati sarvatra sarvam cha mayi pashyati
Whoever sees me everywhere and sees everything in me, I am never lost to them, and they are never lost to me.
What it means
When you learn to see the sacred in every person and place, you are never truly alone. The divine stops being far away and becomes a constant companion. How it helps in real life
- When you feel alone: Feeling alone in a new city like Melbourne? On your walk today, notice the sacred in the trees, the sky and people's faces.
- When you are worried: Scared alone in your room at night? Remember the divine is right there with you, say a short prayer, and turn off the light.
Spoken by Krishna.
