What it means
Finishing the thought from the last verse: steady meditation, a clear goal, and letting go of desire, fear and anger lead to a freedom that is not temporary. It becomes who you are.How it helps in real life
- When you are worried: Fear of public speaking ruins every team meeting? Practise a two-minute talk at home daily this week, breathing slowly before each one.
- Every day: Begin each day by naming one desire, one fear and one irritation, then consciously set all three down before you start work.
