Bhagavad Gita · Karma Sannyasa Yoga
Bhagavad Gita 5.21 meaning
bahyasparsheshv-asaktatma vindaty-atmani yat sukham
sa brahmayogayuktatma sukham akshayam ashnute
One who is not attached to outer pleasures finds happiness within. Joined with Brahman through yoga, that person enjoys a happiness that never ends.
What it means
Outer pleasures fade quickly, and chasing them leaves us restless. The joy found within, through stillness and connection, does not run out. Look inward for the happiness you keep chasing outside.
Spoken by Krishna.
