What it means
Krishna begins listing many forms of sacrifice. Some people express devotion through outward worship, others through inner surrender of the ego. Both are ways of giving yourself to something greater. How it helps in real life
- With family: Your mother does a long puja while you prefer quiet meditation? Respect both ways and join her aarti this Sunday.
- Every day: Not sure how to start the day spiritually? Either light a diya or sit silently for three minutes; pick one and keep it.
Spoken by Krishna.
