tyaktva karmaphalasangam nityatripto nirashrayah
karmany-abhipravrittopi n-aiva kinchit karoti sah
Letting go of attachment to the fruits of action, always content and depending on nothing, such a person, though fully engaged in work, really does nothing at all.
What it means
When you are content inside and not leaning on results to feel worthy, work stops being a burden. You can be extremely busy yet feel light, because your happiness no longer hangs on the outcome.
Spoken by Krishna.
