jnanagnidagdhakarmanam tam ahuh panditam budhah

When all of a person's undertakings are free from selfish desire and scheming, and their actions are burned clean in the fire of wisdom, the wise call that person learned.
What it means
True wisdom is not about degrees or titles. It shows when you work without hidden agendas or constant calculating for yourself. Clear understanding burns away the selfish motives that tangle our actions.
Spoken by Krishna.
