Bhagavad Gita 3.26 meaning
na buddhibhedam janayed ajnanam karmasanginam
joshayet sarvakarmani vidvan yuktah samacharan
न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसङ्गिनाम्।
जोषयेत्सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान् युक्तः समाचरन्॥
The wise should not unsettle the minds of ignorant people who are attached to their work. Instead, working well with a steady mind, they should inspire others to do their work too.

Don't belittle people for how they work or what motivates them. Instead of lecturing, show a better way through your own example. Encouragement lifts people; confusion only discourages them.हिंदी में अर्थ
ज्ञानी को चाहिए कि काम से जुड़े अज्ञानी लोगों की बुद्धि में भ्रम पैदा न करे, बल्कि खुद अच्छे से काम करते हुए उन्हें भी काम के लिए प्रेरित करे।
दूसरों के काम करने के तरीके का मज़ाक न उड़ाएँ। भाषण देने के बजाय अपने उदाहरण से बेहतर राह दिखाएँ। प्रोत्साहन उठाता है, उलझन गिराती है।
