In that calm, all sorrows come to an end. For one whose mind is serene, understanding quickly becomes steady.
What it means
A calm, clear mind is the soil where sorrow fades and good judgement grows. Protecting our inner peace is not selfish; it is how we think and act wisely. How it helps in real life
- Big decisions: About to reply to a tense email from your landlord? Take a ten-minute walk first, then write with a clear head.
- Every day: Start your day with ten quiet minutes before checking news. Protecting that calm helps you make better choices all day.
