Bhagavad Gita 2.63 meaning
krodhad bhavati sammohah sammohat smritivibhramah
smritibhranshad buddhinasho buddhinashat pranashyati
From anger comes confusion, from confusion loss of memory, from loss of memory the ruin of judgement, and when judgement is ruined, a person is lost.
What it means
Anger clouds the mind, we forget what matters, lose good judgement, and end up doing damage we regret. Seeing this chain clearly is the first step to breaking it.
Spoken by Krishna.
