Bhagavad Gita · Sankhya Yoga
Bhagavad Gita 2.39 meaning
esha tebhihita sankhye buddhir yoge tv-imam shrinu
buddhya yukto yaya partha karmabandham prahasyasi
So far I have explained this wisdom in terms of Sankhya, knowledge. Now hear it in terms of yoga, Partha. Joined to this understanding, you will break free from the bondage of action.
What it means
Krishna shifts from understanding to practice. Knowing the truth is one step; living it in daily action is the next. Action done with the right attitude stops being a trap.
Spoken by Krishna.
