sukhaduhkhe same kritva labhalabhau jayajayau

Treat pleasure and pain, gain and loss, victory and defeat as equal, and then get ready for battle. Acting this way, you will incur no wrong.
What it means
Do your work with a balanced mind, not hanging on the result. When we stop being thrown about by wins and losses, we act more clearly and more fairly. How it helps in real life
- At work: Pitching to investors tomorrow? Decide now you'll be the same person whether they say yes or no, then rehearse once more.
- With friends: Gully cricket finals this Sunday with friends? Play hard, shake hands either way, and buy chai for the other team.
Spoken by Krishna.
