Bhagavad Gita 2.15 meaning
yam hi na vyathayanty-ete purusham purusharshabha
samaduhkhasukham dheeram somritatvaya kalpate
The person whom these do not shake, who stays steady and the same in pain and pleasure, that wise person is fit for immortality.
What it means
Inner freedom is not about avoiding pain or chasing pleasure. It comes from staying balanced through both. That evenness is a quiet strength that nothing outside can take away. How it helps in real life
- When you succeed: Your reel went viral overnight. Enjoy it for a day, then get back to your usual routine before the high fades.
- After a setback: India lost the final and your mood is wrecked for days. Feel it tonight, then don't let it ruin tomorrow's work.
Spoken by Krishna.
