Bhagavad Gita 18.57 meaning
chetasa sarvakarmani mayi sannyasya matparah
buddhiyogam upashritya machchittah satatam bhava
Inwardly offer all your actions to me, make me your highest goal, rely on the yoga of understanding, and keep your mind always on me.
What it means
Before any task, offer it inwardly to something higher than yourself. This simple shift takes the weight of 'I must succeed' off your shoulders and lets you work with a lighter, clearer mind. How it helps in real life
- When you are worried: Walking into your visa interview with shaky hands? Inwardly offer the outcome to God, breathe once, and answer each question simply.
- At work: Before your board presentation, close your eyes for ten seconds and offer it upward. Then present with a lighter, clearer mind.
Spoken by Krishna.
