Bhagavad Gita 18.54 meaning
brahmabhootah prasannatma na shochati na kankshati
samah sarveshu bhooteshu madbhaktim labhate param
One who has become one with Brahman, serene within, neither grieves nor craves. Seeing all beings as equal, such a person attains supreme devotion to me.
What it means
Inner calm frees us from both regret and craving. From that calm comes a love that treats everyone equally. Peace and devotion turn out to be two sides of the same coin.
Spoken by Krishna.
