Bhagavad Gita 18.26 meaning

muktasangonahanvadee dhrity-utsaha-samanvitah siddhy-asiddhyor nirvikarah karta sattvika uchyate

A doer who is free of attachment, does not boast, is full of steadiness and enthusiasm, and stays the same in success and failure is called sattvic.

What it means
The best kind of worker combines energy with humility. They show up with enthusiasm, do not brag, and do not collapse when things fail. That balance is rare and powerful.
