What it means
In the final chapter Arjuna asks a sharp question: what does it really mean to give things up? Before we drop anything in life, it helps to understand what letting go actually means. How it helps in real life
- Big decisions: Thinking of quitting everything to move to an ashram? First ask what you actually want to let go of: the job, or the stress.
- In love & marriage: Considering ending your engagement? Before deciding, write what exactly you'd be letting go of, and talk honestly with her first.
