Foods that increase life, clarity, strength, health, happiness and contentment, that are tasty, rich, nourishing and pleasing to the heart, are dear to people of pure nature.
What it means
Good food is not only about taste. Food that leaves you healthy, energetic and calm is the best kind. What you eat affects how you think and feel, so eat in a way that nourishes both.
Spoken by Krishna.
