What it means
Careless eating reflects a careless state of mind. Food that is old, spoiled or unclean drains energy and dulls the mind. Taking care with what you eat is a simple act of self-respect.How it helps in real life
- Health & body: Living on three-day-old leftovers and instant noodles in your hostel? Cook one fresh simple meal today; it's basic self-respect.
- Every day: Grabbing yesterday's stale bread on the way out every morning? Wake ten minutes earlier and make a fresh poha or upma.
