Bhagavad Gita 15.7 meaning
mam-aivansho jeevaloke jeevabhootah sanatanah
manahshashthaneendriyani prakritisthani karshati
An eternal part of me becomes the living soul in the world of beings. It draws to itself the mind and the five senses, which rest in nature.
What it means
Each of us carries a spark of the divine. That eternal core is who we really are, while the mind and senses are tools it uses. You are more than your thoughts. How it helps in real life
- When you are angry: An angry thought about your ex keeps looping. Remind yourself you are not your thoughts; watch it pass and return to your work.
- After a setback: Rejected by three IITs, you feel like a failure. Remember your worth is a divine spark, not a rank; plan your next option today.
Spoken by Krishna.
