What it means
Whatever you keep feeding grows and carries forward. Habits of restlessness or dullness don't just affect today; they shape your future direction. Choose daily what you want to carry with you.How it helps in real life
- Phone & habits: Your nightly two hours of reels is quietly becoming who you are. Replace thirty minutes with a book this week and notice the difference.
- Big decisions: Choosing between a stressful high-pay job and a calmer one? Picture who each version of you will be in five years, then choose.
