Bhagavad Gita 12.9 meaning
atha chittam samadhatum na shaknoshi mayi sthiram
abhyasayogena tato mam ichchaptum dhananjaya
If you can't keep your mind steadily on me, then try to reach me through regular practice, Arjuna.
What it means
Can't focus yet? That's okay. Practice is the answer. A wandering mind becomes steady through small, repeated efforts, not by being perfect from the start. How it helps in real life
- Studies & exams: Your mind wanders every time you sit to study for the CAT. Start with fifteen focused minutes daily and add five each week.
- Health & body: You've failed to stick with yoga three times. Forget perfect; roll out the mat for five minutes every morning and build from there.
Spoken by Krishna.
