Fix your mind on me alone and rest your understanding in me. Then you will surely live in me from here on; there is no doubt about it.
What it means
Where your mind and thoughts rest is where you truly live. Choose carefully what you fill your attention with, because it shapes your whole inner home. How it helps in real life
- Phone & habits: Your mind lives in your Twitter feed all day. Unfollow ten accounts that make you angry and follow two that make you better.
- Every day: Your first thought sets the tone. Keep a small picture of your deity by the alarm and look at it before your inbox.
Spoken by Krishna.
