The path is harder for those whose minds are set on the unmanifest, because for people living in a body, the formless goal is difficult to reach.
What it means
It is natural for humans to need something they can see and relate to. Choosing a path that fits your nature isn't weakness; it is being honest about how you work. How it helps in real life
- Big decisions: Abstract meditation apps aren't working for you. It's fine to choose a picture of Krishna and a simple aarti instead; pick what fits you.
- Health & body: Everyone at the gym swears by 5 am workouts, but you're a night person. Build a routine around your body's rhythm without guilt.

Spoken by Krishna.
