What it means
Whatever your spiritual path, the signs are the same: self-control, fairness to all, and genuine care for others' wellbeing. That is how you know you are on track. How it helps in real life
- At work: Assigning year-end bonuses to your team? Be fair to everyone, including people you don't personally like, and explain your reasons openly.
