Bhagavad Gita 12.2 meaning
mayy-aveshya mano ye mam nityayukta upasate
shraddhaya parayopetas te me yuktatama matah
Krishna said: Those who fix their minds on me, stay always connected, and worship me with deep faith, I consider them the most united with me.
What it means
Krishna most values a heart that stays connected with faith. Consistency and sincerity matter more than any technique or method. Loving steadily, day after day, is itself the highest yoga. How it helps in real life
- Every day: Five minutes of prayer daily beats an hour once a month. Set a fixed time after your shower and keep it, even on Sundays.
- In love & marriage: Long-distance with your fiancé between Pune and Sydney? A short call every single day matters more than one grand gesture a year.
Spoken by Krishna.
