Bhagavad Gita 11.17 meaning

kireetinam gadinam chakrinam cha tejorashim sarvato deeptimantam pashyami tvam durnireekshyam samantad deeptanal-arkadyutim aprameyam

I see you wearing a crown, holding a mace and a discus, a mass of radiance glowing on all sides, hard to look at, blazing like fire and the sun, beyond all measure.

What it means
The familiar Krishna, with crown, mace and discus, is now blinding light. Someone we think we know well can hold depths we never imagined. Look again at the people close to you.

Spoken by Arjuna.
