Bhagavad Gita 10.32 meaning

sarganam adir antash cha madhyam chaivaham arjuna adhyatmavidya vidyanam vadah pravadatam aham

Arjuna, I am the beginning, middle and end of all creations. Among branches of knowledge I am knowledge of the Self, and among debaters I am honest reasoning.

What it means
Of all learning, knowing yourself matters most. And in any argument, the sacred part is the honest search for truth, not the urge to win.

How it helps in real life

Spoken by Krishna.
