Bhagavad Gita 10.31 meaning
pavanah pavatam asmi ramah shastrabhritam aham
jhashanam makarash chasmi srotasam asmi jahnavee
Among purifiers I am the wind; among warriors I am Rama. Among sea creatures I am the makara, and among rivers I am the Ganga.
What it means
Rama used strength only to protect what is right. True power is always in service of goodness, and like fresh air or a flowing river, it cleanses rather than harms. How it helps in real life
- With friends: A senior keeps mocking a shy junior in your hostel. Use your confidence to stand beside the junior, firmly but without insulting anyone.
- Health & body: Feeling stale indoors all week? Open the windows, walk by the river or in the park, and let fresh air clear your head.
Spoken by Krishna.
