Bhagavad Gita 10.3 meaning
yo mam ajam anadim cha vetti lokamaheshvaram
asammoodhah sa martyeshu sarvapapaih pramuchyate
Whoever knows me as unborn, without beginning, and the great Lord of all worlds is free from confusion among mortals and is released from every wrong.
What it means
When you sense something timeless behind everything, petty confusions lose their grip. Clarity about what is eternal makes it easier to let go of old mistakes and live cleanly. How it helps in real life
- After a setback: Still replaying an embarrassing moment from your college fest years ago? Sit quietly for two minutes, breathe, and let that old scene go.
- Big decisions: Overthinking whether to move back to India from London? Step back, ask what will matter in twenty years, and decide from there.
Spoken by Krishna.
