Bhagavad Gita 1.23 meaning

yotsyamanan aveksheham ya etetra samagatah dhartarashtrasya durbuddher yuddhe priyachikeershavah

I want to see those who have gathered here to fight, eager to please the wicked-minded son of Dhritarashtra in this war.

What it means
Arjuna wonders who would side with someone so misguided. It is worth asking whose approval we chase. Supporting the wrong person just to please them can pull good people into bad outcomes.

Spoken by Arjuna.
